How does shipping & delivery work?

At Lyssio, we work with trusted global shipping partners like Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and EMS, ensuring your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.

We’re proud to offer free standard worldwide shipping so that cozy lighting is accessible no matter where you are.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for real time updates.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be issued and you will receive this via an email notification, and you may also check the status of your order at lyssio.com/tools/tracking.

The tracking number can take up to 24-48 hours to update with additional information, but rest assured that your order is on its way to you!

Changing my order?

Need to make changes? Orders can be updated within 90 minutes of placing them by contacting us at info@lyssio.com with your email confirmation or receipt. After this window, orders are processed immediately and may not be eligible for changes.

Damaged or lost orders?

Lyssio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

In most cases, parcels will show up within a few hours of being scanned as delivered. We recommend checking with the carrier (e.g., Canada Post) for more information on where they left the parcel. Delivery drivers typically try to leave packages in a safe spot if you're not home, so check around your home for any hidden areas.

If you still can't find your parcel, please reach out to our customer service team at info@lyssio.com, and we'll do our best to help you locate your order.

What about custom and duties?

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we don't have control over these charges, but we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing your order.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If there’s any delay with your order, don’t worry! We’ll keep you updated and let you know the revised delivery date as soon as possible.

Please note: Lyssio cannot be held responsible for delays, sometimes things postal or customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or labor disputes, even holidays can throw things off course. We appreciate your patience and are here to help if anything goes wrong!

For all our lamps, you should be charging them too full at least once a month to maintain the battery life.

About the Glassmaking Process
